A church organization in Pati struggled to manage their growing inventory of assets using paper-based records and spreadsheets. They needed a lightweight, portable system that could be deployed on any Windows laptop without requiring complex server infrastructure or IT expertise. Sebuah organisasi gereja di Pati kesulitan mengelola inventaris aset yang terus bertambah menggunakan catatan berbasis kertas dan spreadsheet. Mereka membutuhkan sistem yang ringan dan portabel yang dapat dijalankan di laptop Windows apa pun tanpa memerlukan infrastruktur server yang rumit atau keahlian TI.

Manual tracking led to data inconsistency, slow asset lookup, and difficulty generating accurate reports. Traditional web-based inventory systems required server installation that non-technical staff could not manage. Image storage consumed excessive resources on low-spec hardware.
