Remilque is a mobile application designed to tackle the paradox of food waste and malnutrition in Indonesia. With 41% of national waste being food and 1 in 5 children suffering from stunting, Remilque bridges the gap by transforming leftover ingredients into healthy, economical, and quick recipes using AI technology. Remilque adalah aplikasi seluler yang dirancang untuk mengatasi paradoks limbah makanan dan malnutrisi di Indonesia. Dengan 41% sampah nasional berupa makanan dan 1 dari 5 anak mengalami stunting, Remilque menjembatani kesenjangan dengan mengubah sisa bahan menjadi resep sehat, hemat, dan cepat menggunakan teknologi AI.

Indonesia faces two critical issues: massive food waste (41% of national waste) and widespread malnutrition/stunting. Households throw away edible food due to lack of creative cooking ideas, while simultaneously struggling to afford or access nutritious meals. There is no inclusive tool that connects pantry inventory with healthy meal planning. Indonesia menghadapi dua masalah kritis: limbah makanan masif (41% sampah nasional) dan malnutrisi/stunting yang meluas. Rumah tangga membuang makanan yang bisa dimakan karena kurangnya ide masak kreatif, sementara bersamaan itu berjuang untuk membeli atau mengakses makanan bergizi. Tidak ada alat inklusif yang menghubungkan inventaris dapur dengan perencanaan makan sehat.

Presented at Technoday 2026 as a finalist solution for SDG goals (Zero Hunger, Good Health). The prototype successfully demonstrated how AI can turn a chore (cooking with leftovers) into an engaging, rewarding experience. Validated that voice interaction and instant scanning significantly reduce friction for home cooks. Dipresentasikan di Technoday 2026 sebagai solusi finalis untuk tujuan SDG (Tanpa Kelaparan, Kesehatan Baik). Prototipe berhasil mendemonstrasikan bagaimana AI dapat mengubah tugas (masak sisa makanan) menjadi pengalaman yang menarik dan memuaskan. Tervalidasi bahwa interaksi suara dan pemindaian instan secara signifikan mengurangi gesekan bagi juru masak rumahan.
